Respondents are automatically texted back thanking them for their involvement and provided with the relevant information. We will generally ask their consent to become part of future text promotions (interesting and fun) to create a mobile marketing database.

E-Fulfilment We provide a response facility for e-traders requiring fast accurate fulfillment. This can be linked through our mail order software to provide real time reporting. We also provide fully comprehensive reporting for your email campaigns: emails transmitted, emails successfully delivered or otherwise, number of fails, numbers opened and numbers of click throughs. Emails are also tracked to establish the number of times a link was clicked, the time and date on which the recipient opened the mail or clicked a link, and the time elapsed from sending the email to opening it.

Postal Response Handling We handle large volumes of incoming post via dedicated PO Boxes, Freepost or Business Reply facilities. Typically responses are opened, sorted, data captured and responded to according to the response criteria. Speed and accuracy are always the major considerations.

Mail Order Fulfilment and Money Processing We stock your product and receiving orders, we process credit cards, money orders or cheques. The 3EX software we use is widely acknowledged as a leader in order processing. It will handle virtually anything: sales order processing, returns, refunds, replacements, list management, subscriptions, installment billings, warehouse management, distribution, accounting and financial control. In cash back situations we are also able to print cheques on your behalf. Secure warehousing and modem materials handling make for efficiencies in operation. Our accredited mailing house provides both automated and handfill packing.

Datacapture A successful database, i.e. one that can be harnessed easily to generate more sales or sales leads, depends on the accuracy of the data and the efficacy of the database supporting it.
